Order management clerk (m/f/d)

Your tasks – what you can expect

As an employee in order management, you are the central interface between our customers, sales and the internal specialist departments. You will ensure that all customer orders are processed properly, economically and on time, making a significant contribution to delivery performance, process stability and customer satisfaction.

Order Management

  • Checking, entering and maintaining customer orders in the ERP system
  • Plausibility check with regard to prices, conditions and delivery dates
  • Creation and dispatch of order confirmations
  • Deadline monitoring and control of delivery dates
  • Close coordination with production, purchasing and logistics

Customer Service / Customer Care

  • Central contact for customer inquiries
  • Written and telephone correspondence with customers
  • Processing delivery date requests and status reports

Administrative and process-related tasks

  • Maintenance of customer master data
  • Participation in the optimization of internal processes

Your profile

Technical requirements

  • Completed commercial training, e.g. as an industrial clerk or wholesale and foreign trade clerk
  • Experience in order management or internal sales is an advantage
  • Confident handling of ERP systems and MS Office
  • Basic knowledge of logistics and production processes desirable
  • Good knowledge of English
