Your role with us

In this key position, you will work closely with the management and take on a central role in the management, organization and further development of our company.

Your tasks

Organization & Projects

Independent takeover, management and coordination of projects in different areas of the company
Structuring complex topics and ensuring targeted implementation

Operational purchasing

Implementation of purchasing processes incl. order processing and deadline tracking
Control and further development of supplier management

Management systems

Participation in quality and energy management
Further development of existing structures and processes

Controlling & Analysis

Preparation of key figures and creation of evaluations and decision-making bases
Identification of optimization potential and derivation of concrete measures

Process optimization

Analysis, optimization and sustainable further development of internal workflows, structures and processes

Your profile

Completed commercial, technical or business management training
Professional experience in a versatile, coordinating or responsible function
(ideally in a medium-sized company, manufacturing environment or in the textile industry)
Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
Strong organizational skills and a high sense of responsibility

Hands-on mentality and the ability to drive topics forward independently
Entrepreneurial thinking and a good sense of priorities
Ability to work under pressure, initiative and strength of implementation
Confident demeanor, reliability and discretion
