Your role with us

In this key position, you will work closely with the management and take on a central role in the management, organization and further development of our company.

Your tasks

Organization & Projects

  • Independent takeover, management and coordination of projects in different areas of the company
  • Structuring complex topics and ensuring targeted implementation

Operational purchasing

  • Implementation of purchasing processes incl. order processing and deadline tracking
  • Control and further development of supplier management

Management systems

  • Participation in quality and energy management
  • Further development of existing structures and processes

Controlling & Analysis

  • Preparation of key figures and creation of evaluations and decision-making bases
  • Identification of optimization potential and derivation of concrete measures

Process optimization

  • Analysis, optimization and sustainable further development of internal workflows, structures and processes

 

Your profile

  • Completed commercial, technical or business management training
  • Professional experience in a versatile, coordinating or responsible function
    (ideally in a medium-sized company, manufacturing environment or in the textile industry)
  • Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
  • Strong organizational skills and a high sense of responsibility

And above all:

  • Hands-on mentality and the ability to drive topics forward independently
  • Entrepreneurial thinking and a good sense of priorities
  • Ability to work under pressure, initiative and strength of implementation
  • Confident demeanor, reliability and discretion
