Areas of responsibility

Operational and strategic purchasing: you manage orders, track delivery dates, communicate with suppliers and ensure a reliable supply of materials and energy, supplier management
Project coordination: You take over independently, structure open topics, coordinate participants and ensure binding results.
Quality and energy management: you support and accompany relevant management systems, monitor and implement requirements
Controlling: Preparation of key figures, evaluations and decision bases
Process and organizational development: You analyze existing processes, identify potential for improvement and develop pragmatic solutions for day-to-day work.

Profile

Commercial/technical or business management training
Business fluent in English and digital competence
Experience in international purchasing and in dealing with foreign suppliers, delivery conditions, transportation routes and import processes/customs
Professional experience in a versatile, coordinating or responsible function (SME), ideally related to fibers, energy, textiles or industrial production processes.
