Your tasks

Reception & Communication

  • Friendly reception and support for customers, guests and business partners
  • Answering, forwarding and processing incoming telephone calls
  • Processing incoming and outgoing mail
  • Organization and preparation of meetings

Office & Team Support

  • Supporting the specialist departments with administrative tasks
  • Scheduling and room coordination
  • Maintenance of master data and documents
  • Ordering and managing office supplies and consumables
  • Support with internal projects and organizational tasks


Your profile

  • Completed commercial training or comparable qualification
  • First experience in reception, office management or administrative support desirable
  • Confident handling of MS Office
  • Good written and spoken English, other languages (e.g. Dutch) an advantage
  • Service-oriented appearance and strong communication skills
  • Organizational skills, initiative and ability to work in a team
  • Discretion and reliability
