Tasks:

Daily checking and recording of orders
Creation and planning of production orders, taking into account the production capacities in the ERP system
Communication with internal and external interfaces such as production, purchasing, sales and customers
Creation and maintenance of project documentation, e.g. production specifications, parts lists
Permanent checking and correction of the necessary scheduling master data
Review of the product portfolio to be planned for cost-saving opportunities
Planning of short, medium and long-term capacity requirements
Evaluation and optimization of downtimes and changeover times, benefits
Regular coordination in the order management team / proactive communication in the event of delays (scheduling) and adjustments in the ERP system
Participation in the planning, commissioning and acceptance of new equipment as well as planning and stock levels
Optimization of processes in logistics and production together with Sales and Warehouse & Logistics

Representation Logistics

Ensuring that products are delivered on time
Coordination of all incoming and outgoing goods and work preparation
Processing customs transactions (applications, appointments, inspections, customs documents)

Profile:

Commercial and/or technical training, studies, additional qualification (e.g. technical business economist)
Professional experience as a material planner in an industrial company
Knowledge of working with ERP systems
German and English language skills
Ability to work independently and in a team
