  • Punctual and qualitative purchasing of raw materials, auxiliary and operating materials
  • Offer comparisons and price negotiations
  • Checking delivery bills
  • Invoice verification and release
  • Supplier management
  • Development of new purchasing sources
  • Optimization of purchasing processes
  • Master data maintenance and monthly price lists
  • Inventory monitoring and evaluation
  • Complaint processing and evaluation
  • Evaluation and analysis of key figures, statistics
  • Documentation
  • Completed commercial training, e.g. office management assistant or industrial clerk
  • Ideally experience in purchasing or sales and with knowledge of textile technology
  • Communication skills
  • Persuasiveness
  • Enthusiasm
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Good written and spoken English skills
  • Dutch is also welcome
